The Youth Center built in the Aghjabadi district aims to effectively organize youth leisure time and expand educational and creative opportunities. The center, which has a modern infrastructure, provides conditions for various educational, cultural, and social activities.

The 120-seat nursery-kindergarten, built in accordance with modern standards, has all the conditions for the education and upbringing of young children and for them to grow up in a healthy spiritual and physical environment. All rooms are equipped with the necessary equipment. Six groups will operate in the nursery-kindergarten.
A playground has been created on the territory of the kindergarten for children's entertainment, various attractions and sports facilities have been installed, and extensive landscaping work has been carried out.
The process of establishing new children's institutions in our country is also successfully continuing in our liberated territories. These implemented projects are among the successful results of the work carried out toward the effective organization of leisure time and the strengthening of social protection for children moving to those territories.
